Bookings and Payments

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed when we receive a deposit
of 50% of the total package cost or full payment, as applicable.

Final Payment: The balance amount shall be completed before the
notified due date. Failure to pay the balance amount by the due date
may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the
deposit.
Refund

Refunds will only apply for bookings with a travel date scheduled at
least 15 days in advance.

For bookings with a travel date above 15 days, refunds will be
processed according to the hotel's cancellation policy.

Standard cancellation charges for Domestic Holiday Packages: INR
2000/- & International Holiday Packages: INR 4000/-.

No refunds for bookings with a travel date of less than 15 days will
be issued.
Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made within the specified time frame as
per the hotel's policy.

Cancellation charges will be deducted from the refund amount as per
the standard cancellation charges mentioned above.

If your package needs to be canceled due to any natural calamity,
weather conditions, etc., we shall strive to give you the maximum
possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade
partners/vendors.

Cancellation / Reschedule / Amendment of flight tickets booked along
with the package or separately is on an actual price basis provided by
airline partners at the time of cancellation.
Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10-15 working days of
receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be made to the
original payment method unless otherwise specified.

Refund Eligibility: No refunds will be issued for any unused portion
of the holiday package.

Modifications: Changes to the booking instead of canceling may incur
additional charges. All change requests must be made in writing (

) and are subject to approval by Flyden Holidays.

Flyden Holidays reserves the right to modify or update this
cancellation policy without prior notice. Any changes will be
effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying
affected travelers.

Communication: All cancellation requests, changes, or inquiries must

Force Majeure: If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as
natural disasters, civil unrest, or government advisories, Flyden
Holidays reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the
holiday package without liability.

No Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.
